These Subscription Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern your subscription to the premium services of Fisek (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), a lightweight ID photo generation App based on image-to-image technology. By purchasing a subscription to the App’s premium services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the User Agreement of Fisek. If you do not agree to any of the provisions of these Terms, you shall not purchase or use the premium subscription services. We do not collect any facial data, and all information related to your subscription and App usage is processed locally on your device, retained only on your local device, and will be deleted when you take the initiative to delete it.
All subscription services provided by the App are based on the image-to-image technology, and the premium services are designed to enhance your experience of generating compliant ID photos. The App does not require user accounts, so your subscription will be linked to your device, and you can enjoy the premium services directly on the device where you purchased the subscription. We do not collect any facial data, and we will not collect any information related to your subscription payment or usage habits beyond what is necessary for the normal provision of subscription services, and all such information is processed locally.
By purchasing a premium subscription, you will enjoy the following exclusive benefits during the subscription period, which are additional to the basic free functions of the App:
The App offers three types of premium subscription plans for you to choose from, all of which include the above-mentioned subscription benefits. The specific plans are as follows, and the subscription period starts from the date of successful payment:
You agree to pay the corresponding subscription fee according to the subscription plan you choose. The subscription fee is displayed clearly on the App’s subscription page before you make the payment, and you will confirm the fee amount before completing the payment. The payment will be processed through the third-party payment platform you select, including but not limited to PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard, and we do not store any of your payment information. We do not collect any facial data, and we also do not collect or store any of your payment details, which are processed directly by the third-party payment platform.
All subscriptions are set to automatic renewal by default. If you do not want to renew your subscription automatically, you must cancel the automatic renewal function through your payment platform account (including but not limited to PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard) at least 24 hours before the expiration of the current subscription period. If you fail to cancel the automatic renewal in time, the subscription will be automatically renewed, and the corresponding subscription fee will be deducted from your payment account according to the selected plan.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation of the subscription will take effect immediately, and you will no longer enjoy the premium subscription benefits after cancellation. However, we do not provide refunds for any unused portion of the subscription period. For example, if you cancel a monthly subscription after 15 days of use, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 15 days of the subscription period.
If the App fails to provide the premium subscription services due to technical failures that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you may request a refund for the unused portion of the subscription period. To request a refund, you need to contact our support team with your subscription proof, and we will process your refund request within a reasonable period after verifying the situation.
You agree to use the premium subscription services in accordance with these Terms and the App’s User Agreement. You shall not share your subscription benefits with any third party, including but not limited to sharing your device or subscription information with others. Any unauthorized sharing of subscription benefits will result in the immediate termination of your subscription, and we will not provide any refunds.
You shall not use the premium subscription services for any illegal or improper purposes, including but not limited to generating non-compliant ID photos for fraud, forgery, or other illegal activities. If you violate this provision, we shall have the right to terminate your subscription immediately, and you shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom. We do not collect any facial data, and any improper use of the App or subscription services will not involve the collection of your facial information in any way.
We reserve the right to modify these Subscription Terms or adjust the subscription plans (including but not limited to subscription fees, benefits, and service periods) from time to time. Any changes to the Terms or plans will be notified to you through the App. If you continue to use the premium subscription services after the changes take effect, you shall be deemed to have accepted the modified Terms or plans. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription, and we will not be liable for any losses caused thereby.
