This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations between you and the developer of Fisek (hereinafter referred to as “we”) in relation to your use of the App. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, you must immediately cease downloading, installing, and using the App.
Fisek is a lightweight ID photo generation App based on image-to-image technology, which provides you with one-click generation of compliant ID photos. The core functions of the App include automatic matting, background replacement, formal clothes adaptation, and beauty optimization, supporting red, white, and blue backgrounds, and adapting to all scenarios such as ID cards, resumes, visas, and exam registrations. All functions of the App are completed through local processing on your device, and we do not collect any facial data. All information is processed locally, and the information is only retained on your local device. When you take the initiative to delete the information, the information will be deleted.
The App is designed without the need for user accounts, so you can use all the functions of the App without registering, logging in, or providing any personal information. This design is to further protect your privacy and avoid unnecessary collection of your personal data. We do not collect any facial data, and we will never require you to provide any personal information unrelated to the use of the App’s functions, including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address, or address.
When using the App, you agree to upload a portrait photo of your own or a portrait photo for which you have legal authorization. You warrant that you have the right to use the uploaded portrait photo, and that the use of the photo does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, including but not limited to portrait rights, copyrights, and privacy rights. If you upload a photo that you do not have the right to use, you shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom, and we shall not be liable for any losses caused to you or any third party.
All processing of the uploaded photos is completed by the technology on your device, including matting, background replacement, formal clothes adaptation, and beauty optimization. The purpose of such processing is only to generate the compliant ID photos you need, and we do not collect any facial data. The uploaded photos and the generated ID photos are only stored on your local device, and we will not access, store, or use such photos in any way without your explicit permission. You have full control over these photos and can delete them at any time according to your needs.
You agree to use the App in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and this Agreement, and shall not use the App for any illegal or improper purposes. You shall not use the App to generate any non-compliant ID photos that are used for fraud, forgery, or other illegal activities. If you violate this provision and cause any legal liability, you shall bear all responsibilities alone, and we shall have the right to terminate your right to use the App at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to update and optimize the App from time to time, including but not limited to upgrading functions, fixing bugs, and improving user experience. The updated version of the App will be released through the relevant application distribution platforms, and your continued use of the App after the update shall be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept the updated Agreement, you may cease using the App, and we will not be liable for any losses caused thereby. We do not collect any facial data, and any update or optimization of the App will not change this commitment.
The App is provided on an “as is” basis. We strive to ensure the stability and normal operation of the App, but we do not make any express or implied warranties regarding the App, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any losses caused by the temporary unavailability of the App due to technical failures, network problems, or other unforeseeable reasons.
You acknowledge and agree that the intellectual property rights of the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, belong to us. You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or use the App or any part of its content in any way without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of the intellectual property rights of the App shall constitute an infringement, and we shall have the right to pursue your legal liability.
This Agreement shall take effect from the date you download, install, and start using the App. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement as needed, and the modified Agreement will be notified to you through the App or relevant platforms.
